ABOUT ME

Eddy Hill is a Sydney based photographer who has been shooting gigs since 2019.

 

 

What started as his pandemic hobby has developed into an undeniable passion.

His love of live music and support for Australian bands is legendary and his commitment to his craft is obvious in his shots.

 

 

Eddy has shot more than 300 bands in a variety of locations at iconic venues like the Factory Theatre, the Metro Theatre, Marys Underground, The Lansdowne and Drifters Wharf and whilst his focus is on shows around Sydney, he is open to travel for the right opportunity.

 

 

Eddy’s real strength is in the relationships, trust and camaraderie he builds with the bands he works with.

This connection allows him to capture not only the excitement and raw energy of the stage and his incredible crowd shots, but also to record those special pre show backstage moments along with the post performance euphoria and exhaustion.

 

 

Capturing memories is what Eddy does best and some of his favourite memories have been shot at shows by bands including The Rions, Pacific Avenue, Clews, Satin Cali, Grxce, Noah Dillon, Big Wheels and The Colliflowers. Check out his testimonials, they speak for themselves.
